The new corporate offices for Treasure Investments Corp., a fine art company, located at 808 SE Commerce Avenue, Suite 120, Battle Ground, Washington, are now complete. After entering into a lease agreement with an option to purchase the building in August of 2017, TIC paid the build out expenses, as the building was a cold shell with nothing more than a concrete floor and a roof. “I liked the fact that no one had occupied the space, as it gave us a clean slate to start from. We needed a nice showroom to display our sculpture collections, conference room, and a packaging and shipping facility. We designed the entire space and now it’s perfect,” says Russo.
The completion of the office came in 2 months ahead of schedule and is approximately 5,000 sf with an additional 900 sf if needed. TIC expects to have up to 15 employees in the office with jobs including gallery managers to oversee a network of galleries carrying their art throughout the United States, charity auction directors, and high-performance sales executives. The showroom/gallery will be open by appointment only. TIC has commissioned over 50 new works of art to be created and, as each new piece is complete, TIC will have unveiling parties and exciting receptions. The company expects to celebrate its grand opening sometime early next year.
Treasure Investments Corp. has sculpting studios and facilities in Aurora, Oregon, and is also in the process of purchasing a sculpture foundry in Sandy, Oregon.
“Our team loves the location and the people; Battle Ground is an incredible town. We are grateful to be here,” says Russo.
